Rhythmic Gymnastics
Ages: 4 to 7 years old
Duration: 45 minute class
PRISM Levels: Rainbow, Red and Orange
A 45 minute introductory class which will introduce gymnasts to basic elements of rhythmic gymnastics through age appropriate activities in the PRISM skill development program.
Solely based on floor work rhythmic gymnastics is performed to music using five apparatus: the rope, the hoop, the ball, the clubs, and the ribbon in a visually captivating display of artistry and athleticism.
Rhythmic Gymnastics

Duration: 1 hour class
PRISM Levels: Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple
A 1 hour class which will introduce new gymnasts to basic elements of rhythmic gymnastics and build on previous skills for returning gymnasts through age and skill appropriate activities in the PRISM skill development program. Solely based on floor work rhythmic gymnastics is performed to music using five apparatus: the rope, the hoop, the ball, the clubs, and the ribbon in a visually captivating display of artistry and athleticism.
