Being a part of a competitive team is a commitment, and athletes are expected to show up to the gym with enthusiasm, a good attitude and respect for their coach. 

Team members train in the gym 4, 6, or 8 hours, depending on level. Try outs are held in the spring for the following season. The competitive season run Sept - June & training camp over the summer. 

Tiny Twisters

a new PRESCHOOL pre-competitive program starting in September, for ages 4-5. This is the first step to developing future competitive gymnasts. If you have a 4-5-year-old willing to work hard with an interest in gymnastics, this is the program for them!
