Open Gym
Open Gym is a chance for athletes to explore the equipment in the gym. This experience requires a parent to stay with their children to support the exploration. There will be a coach available, but there is no set lesson or program.
Open Gym will be held one Friday a month from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
All participants must register online.
Movie Night
Join us for Movie Night. There is no need to register, just come and enjoy the show. However, there is limited space and this event is a first come, first served basis.
The cost is $5 and it includes a bottle of water and popcorn to enjoy while you watch the movie.

Kids Night Out (KNO)
A fun night out for kids 5 to 12 years old.
This is a night focused on fun, which provides an opportunity for kids to enjoy gymnastics followed by pizza. The night continues with making a "snack craft" which they get to eat while watching an awesome movie!
The KNO event runs from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
