Birthday Party Guidelines
Gym Rules
No food or drinks, except water are permitted in the gym. This includes cake or cupcakes, which can be enjoyed in the party room after your time in the gym.
Please respect the coaches, equipment and other participants. No swearing or offensive language.
All participants will be guided through a warm-up with a Coach at the beginning of the party to introduce the gym environment and reduce the risk of injury.
What to wear
Participants should be dressed in comfortable athletic clothing. We recommend either a t-shirt and shorts/sweats/legging or a bodysuit/leotard. Bare feet is best.
Please do not wear jeans, clothes with zippers or hoods, belts, skirts/dresses or jewelry.
Shoes are not allowed in the gym. We recommend going barefoot.
Party Room Rules
We are a nut free facility, so please make sure no food contains nuts.
Decorations can be used, but do not damage the walls or ceiling. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
Please remember to bring plates, cups, napkins, cutlery and any serving dishes you may require. We provide the chairs and tables only.
Illness Policy
We ask that you do not bring your athlete to the gym if they are feeling unwell, such as vomiting, diarrhea, fever, excessive coughing and running nose, pink eye, or any symptoms that may prevent the child from participating comfortably in the gym or may infect other athletes. We want a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
