Birthday Party Rentals

 

 

BIRTHDAY PARTY

• $275, $50 discount automatically applied for members with a valid AGF insurance card. 
• Access and full use of party room with tables chairs, and kitchenette (counter space, sink, small fridge + freezer). 
• 2 hour party, 1 hour in party room, 1 hour in gym with certified coach. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up. And stay up 15 minutes after your party to clean up. 
• Guest limit is 15 kids. If you anticipate more guests, an additional coach may be hired for an additional fee, subject to coach availability.(Must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to party date)

NERF PARTY 

• $300
• Access and full use of party room with tables chairs, and kitchenette (counter space, sink, small fridge + freezer).
• NERF guns and darts for use during your party, battle zone with obstacles set up in the gym. 
• 2 hour party, 1 hour in party room, 1 hour in gym with certified coach. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up. And stay up 15 minutes after your party to clean up. 
• Guest limit is 15 kids. If you anticipate more guests, an additional coach may be hired for an additional fee, subject to coach availability.(Must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to party date)

Policies

• Payment is required at the time of booking. For payment options other than credit card please inquire with our events coordinator. 
• Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the gym at all times
• Athletic clothing is encouraged, lose fitting clothing is strongly discouraged for safety reasons.
• Renter is responsible for cleaning up the room and returning to the condition it was when they arrived.
