Recreational Gymnastics
Recreational Gymnastics classes are designed to empower kids with the benefit of gymnastics, without having to commit to long hours in the gym. Athletes will learn basic skills, build strength and flexibility, and enjoy an active lifestyle. We offer CANGYM program for athlete 6 +, GO ninja for active kids 3 +, Little Leapers for children 4-5 years, and Momma and Jump a roos for parents and tots
Competitive Gymnastics
XCEL program for ages 6+. Athletes travel to meets throughout Alberta and compete against other athletes at their level
Tiny Twisters, pre competitive for ages 4-5 who show enthusiasm for sport and interested in competing
