Are all members required to fundraise or volunteer every session?
Yes. We have updated the requirements this season so that you can volunteer OR fundraise. For each athlete registered you can chose to participate in the fundraiser for the session, minimum $200. OR Participate in clean bees during the session, minimum 3 hours. OR Participate as a volunteer in an event during the session. This will require multiple days in preparing for the event.
A post dated cheque must be submitted on the first day of classes. It will NOT be cashed if your requirement is fulfilled.
Please keep in mind we have these requirements because we are a non-profit organization run by a volunteer board of directors. As such member help is essential for the success of the club.
Do you accept other form of payment besides credit cards?
We do. However, because of the capabilities of our registration system, If you wish to use other payment options you will need to contact our office before you register.
How can I become a BGC sponsor?
Contact the office. Donations over a certain amount get a sticker on the wall, and a tax form.
